Complete registration first, then choose the payment type that matches your signup. The $30 Free Agent payment only appears after Free Agent is selected.

After Registration
Google Forms cannot securely auto-charge players by itself. To make the flow clean, set your Google Form confirmation message to send players here: payment.html. This page then controls which payment link is shown based on their signup type.
